OUR GUEST ROOMS
Our seven en-suite bedrooms are on the first and second floors.
Sorry, there is no lift. Access is easier to the first floor, but the second floor views are better.
Each guest room is individually decorated and furnished to match the character of the farmhouse.
All rooms can have a double bed (for single or double occumancy). Some can be twin bedded, and three-bed family rooms.
Note rooms are numbered 1 to 8. Room 6 doesn’t exist now, we made two rooms into one!
OUR SITTING-ROOM
For relaxation, we offer you comfy leather armchairs and sofas in our snug sitting-room. There’s books and games, and a log burning fire in the winter.
THE HONESTY BAR
Essentially there is a choice of red and white wines, and sparkling (by the bottle).
Plus brandy, gin, vodka, rum, whisky, port, beer, and soft drinks. With an ice bucket stocked with plenty of ice.

All rooms feature...
- Egyptian cotton bedding, feather duvets (non-feather available if requested).
- Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, clock radio.
- Nespresso machine, with a selection of teas and coffee for you to prepare, with biscuits. If you would like fresh milk just ask.
- A hair dryer is in the bathroom.
- Note there is no telephone.
- Check-in from 3.00pm, check-out by 10.30am, please. If a later check out time is required, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- If you have forgotten anything for your stay please ask us and we will do our best to help.
- We are a non-smoking establishment. This meets the laws against smoking in enclosed places in Wales. It also recognises the wishes of the majority of our house guests and customers in the restaurant, as well as us. We respectfully request that you do not smoke in the bedrooms and remind you that our smoke detectors are very sensitive. If you smoke in your room, we will make an extra £100 deep cleaning charge.
- Mistakes. If anything disappoints, we would much prefer if you informed us rather than posting a bad review somewhere. We work very hard to maintain a high standard to keep our guests happy.
- No dogs.
- Cancellation policy. All monies are fully refundable if you cancel up to three days prior to arrival date.

Room Seven is the only one of our rooms not yet updated. It’s a large room on the first floor. It has a 6′ SUPER KING double bed (shown here both as a twin and double). The view is towards the road. There is a writing desk and a single chair sitting area.

Room Eight is our smallest room, on the first floor. It has a 5′ UK KING (US QUEEN) double bed. The room faces the river Wye, but the view is somewhat obscured. There is a writing desk but no separate sitting area.
The well-fitted bathroom has a walk-in shower (no bath).
The small print
- Rates include tax (VAT).

- Check in from: 4.00pm., check out by: 11.00am. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to change the room you booked.
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card. A deposit of £?? per person is required as guarantee against a room booking made by phone. Online bookings ask for full payment in advance. Please be advised that these payments are fully or partly refundable at our discretion.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the accommodation rate if we judge the notice and nature of cancellation is unreasonable. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Parva Farmhouse.
